Sunit Jadhav win Mr. Asia 2018

Sunit Jadhav was crowned Mr. Asia as the curtains came down on the 52nd edition of the Asian Body Building and Physique Sports Championships, at the Sports complex, Balewadi on 7th,october,2018 night. this event was organized by Indian Body Builders Federation. "This is the title which has been eluding India and finally I make it.It is one of the happiest moments of my life and I dedicate this to my wife who has been very supportive.There is one more title left,the Mr. World and I will do my best to reach the top later this year ," said Jadhav. India won 15 medals overall (five gold,six silver and four bronze) and the men's championship,making it their best outing in this level of the championship.

Heath won his seventh-consecutive Mr. Olympia in 2017, with Mamdouh Elssbiay(better known as Big Ramy) taking second. With his 2017 win, Heath tied Arnold Schwarzenegger for second most Olympia victories, behind Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman who won eight.

Sangram Chougule

Sangram Chougule (born December 28, 1979) is an Indian bodybuilder from Chinchwad, Pune. He won the title of Mr. Universe at the WBPF World Championship in 2012 and 2014 in the 85 kg category. Sangram won the Mr. India title six times and Mr. Maharashtra five times.

Breakfast	6 ounces of cooked chicken, 4 ounces of oatmeal, 2 whole eggs and 2 pieces of toasted brown bread.
Mid Day meal	Lean proteins and complex carbs with good fats, derived from cooked chicken, rice with green vegetables and two teaspoons of olive oil.
Late Dinner	Lean meat and a cup of rice and vegetables
Last Meal	Casein Shake

Day 1	back and bicep with two to three variations of each and with each variations reps should be 8 to 12
Day 2	Chest and triceps
Day 3	Legs (Quadriceps) and shoulders
Day 4	Legs (Hamstrings) and calves. Abs you can do every alternate day
